As ClimbZone continues to open new gyms, signing on new franchisees, it is crucial that each location carry the same continuous look and feel that you expect to see with a franchised business.
With this in mind, I developed a “ClimbZone” font that we could use for anything we wanted to tie into the brand so it would be easily recognized as part of ClimbZone. To identify different sections of the gym we have created the PartyZone, TrainingZone & WaiverZone.
We also have several logo’s that we are use in our promotional materials and even hide within the background images as Easter Eggs!
During my time at ClimbZone Production I was asked to create a catalog for the over 200 themed climbing wall designs I made, to show at the annual International Franchising Expo (IFE) in New York City, among other events.
At some point we will create an on-line catalog for our franchisee’s to scroll through and choose which walls they want in their gym. But for now, here is a small collection of the whole.
Arranging an aesthetically pleasing image in such a narrow format is a challenge and one that I enjoy grappling with. With the added challenge of making each wall climbable you’ve really got a lot to consider. The silhouettes of people are used to show scale.
