Painting & Sculpting

since 1977

When Kirk Seese was 8 years old, he won first place in a Crayola art contest and a prize of $1,000 in art supplies.

That was the start of a career that - decades later - has included work on the sets of blockbuster movies, HBO series, in school classrooms and countless homes and buildings across the country.  Today, Kirk Seese and staff are bringing their artistic talent to your living room, kitchen, children's bedroom, anywhere a mural can be painted.

As a graduate of Maryland Institute, College of Art, Kirk has taken his talents to Hollywood as a scenic artist on sets of such films as "Evan Almighty" and "Invasion" starring Nicole Kidman; Independent films like "Apology" and "Crazy Eights"; TV shows including "Extreme Makeover : Home Edition", "The Wire: Season 4" and the Miss America Pageant.

His work on film sets followed a career in art education, where he received the "Teacher of the Year" award in 2003 from the Baltimore City Public School System.  In 2007 he founded Bella Benvenuti llc, (BB Murals), named after his mother, which means "beautiful welcome" in her native Italian language.

His passion however can be found in two places, his family, and in the stunning murals he paints in everyday homes and business's.  Today, the artwork of Kirk Seese and staff can be featured on indoor and outdoor walls - ceilings, floors, even pools - making a nondescript area become the focal point of everyone's gaze.  From a tropical garden to an Italian veranda, a space aged battlefield to the nearby zoo, Bella Benvenuti llc can transform any area in or outside of your home into a place of your dreams.
